Homeowner Association Rules

• Trash pickup times:  Monday-Saturday 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. NO trash can be placed out overnight or on the side of the home. Please place bags near the curb and all trash must be in TRASH bags not Walmart bags. No individual bags or bottles will be picked up. You can take your trash to the dumpster on Tahitian Way if you have trash after the pick up so that it is not left out overnight. Please help keep the neighborhood looking nice.There is NO trash pick-up on Sundays (you may use the dumpsters located at the end of Tahitian Way.)
• Pool Armbands:  Anyone over 12 years old must WEAR an armband while in pool area. Guests will not be allowed to remain in the pool area without one. The pool hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and are strictly enforced.
• No climbing or jumping off the rocks at the Pool area.  If caught on the rocks, guests will be asked to leave the area.
• PARKING OR RIDING ON PROPERTY: No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL) or owned and other recreational vehicles are not permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way be regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.
• Trolley:  The Sandy Express is a beach trolley that transports guests to the beach during the summer season. You may contact the Sandy Express Beach Trolley directly at 850-502-6036 for pick-up and drop-off. The trolley does not run daily from 12 p.m. -1 p.m. for service.
• Please adhere to all other rules of the Neighborhood as outlined in the covenants and restrictions for The Villages of Crystal Beach.
